How long are the workouts?
Between 10 to 35 minutes per routine depending on the day.
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time before your next payment. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
Are your prices in USD?
Students from all around the world are welcome! Rates are in USD as the majority of my students are located in the US, but international students are more than welcome to enrol. Please take note of your financial institution's conversion rate.
Are the workouts safe?
The routines featured in this program are all lower impact exercises compared to typical online plans. That being said, nothing comes without risk. Please consult your doctor before starting to see if this plan is a right fit for you.
